The National Certificate in Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices (NQF Level 5)

An opportunity to acquire skills, knowledge and workplace experience in the field of Educational Practices and earn a stipend of R2500.00 per month for the twelve-month duration of the learnership.

Katlego Compliance Training (Pty) Ltd is looking for youth who are living with disabilities from various communities  of Mpumalanga Province with appropriate qualifications to enter into the training towards acquiring  the National Certificate in Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices (NQF Level 5)

The learners will be trained  in the areas of communication, facilitation, assessment, moderation, coaching and mentoring, learning material design and development, and skills development facilitation. English will be used as the medium of instruction.

Enrolment in the learnership does not guarantee permanent employment with the company lead employer.
