Early Beginnings

Our journey began in 2018, a time when the concept of lifelong learning was gaining momentum. Founded by a group of visionary educators, the organization started as a small training center focused on offering courses in basic Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator Courses, which were in high demand and to date.

Expansion and Diversification

As the demand for skills development grew, so did the organization. During 2022 ,  We expanded our curriculum to include a broader range of scope such as Occupationally Directed Education Training and development Practices. This diversification helped attract a wider audience, from young professionals to seasoned employees seeking upskill.

To stay relevant and offer cutting-edge training, we formed strategic partnerships with industry leaders and other raining  companies. These collaborations ensured that the curriculum was aligned with the latest industry standards and technologies. Partnerships also facilitated internships and job placements for learners, enhancing their career prospects.

Certification and Accreditation

In response to the growing importance of formal qualifications, Katlego Compliance Training sought accreditation from recognized educational bodies. This step added credibility to our courses and provided learners with certifications that were valued by employers.
